We are excited to announce that our very successful Leadership Development Program is launching Cohort 8! The Pittsburgh IT Leadership Development Program provides an in-depth learning journey for a cohort of mid-level IT leaders. Those who are in individual contributors, manager, or senior manager roles that are looking to take the next step in their career development. While Director levels or higher may be considered, these should only be those that are newly promoted and have not participated in previous leadership development opportunities. We also recommend selecting individuals not currently involved in similar training programs to avoid overlap. Through a combination of formal workshops, peer discussions, networking events, and 1:1 mentoring, the program does more than build the next generation of leaders - it creates a powerful IT leadership community in Pittsburgh. Once again, we will be partnering with Ouellette and Associates to conduct the training. Attached is a program overview.

TIMELINE: 7 months with a May 2025 graduation
