The Pittsburgh IT Leadership Development Program (IT LDP) provides an in-depth learning journey for a cohort of mid-level IT leaders. Through a combination of formal workshops, peer discussions and networking, 1:1 mentoring, and self-awareness, the program does more than build the next generation of leaders; it creates a powerful IT leadership community.
Cohort 5 is now open for registration with the program kick-off planned for November 2022. Highlights:
